Deposits & Full Payments We accept MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept Amex cards.
We require a deposit of 1 night’s accommodation to secure your booking. The balance owing is due on arrival.
If paying a deposit via bank transfer, we require notification of payment; we will also require credit card details to guarantee the booking. Balance of payment is required prior to 10 days before arrival if paying via bank transfer.

Cancellation & Refunds If 14 days or more notice is given, your deposit will be refunded.
If less than 14 days notice is given your deposit is forfeited unless the apartment is rebooked in full, if it is rebooked in full deposit will be refunded.
Please Note: 30 days notice is to be given for Peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, January, March and April, long weekends and special events. Any days cancelled must be rebooked in full, we make every effort to rebook cancellations. Non-arrival the full amount is due and payable. Refunds will not be given for any cancellations after check in.

Guests Per Unit Superior Units (2 bedroom) sleep maximum of 5. When using second bedroom extra charges apply $20 per extra guest per night.
Spa Units (1 bedroom) sleep maximum of 2 - adults only.

Minimum Night Bookings A minimum of 2 nights stay apply.
Please Note: There are other minimum night requirements for peak periods and special events - refer to availability calendar. Single nights cannot be booked online, however from time to time these maybe available upon request.

Check In & Check Out Times Check In time is from 2pm.
Check Out time is 10am on day of your departure. Late checkouts maybe arranged and may incur extra charges.

Children Because we care about your children and have direct access to the river from Goldfields we ask that they be supervised around the property at all times.
Porta cots, high chairs and baby bath are available at no extra cost. Linen is not provided for cots.

Cleaning & Damages We expect our guests will leave the apartment in a clean tidy state as found upon arrival. If extra cleaning is required over and above what is expected, extra charges will apply and be charged to your credit card. Damaged property will be charged accordingly.

Personal Items Left Behind Guests will be contacted to arrange return of said items. Items will be returned via COD for collection.

Smoking Goldfield Holiday Units is smoke free inside apartments, ashtrays are provided for guest use outside.

Pets We are unable to accommodate pets as this property as it is not fenced. Please contact us directly to arrange a stay with Guide Dogs.

How many units are on site? Five 2 Bedroom Units with designated parking for one vehicle

We are planning a longer stay, is there a laundry close by? We have a fully equipped guest laundry on site for your convenience

We have a small child, do we need to bring a cot? We love children so we have a cot, high chair and baby bath available on request (please note your request at time of booking)

Is there a playground nearby? We have a Children’s playground under the shade of our grand old Oak tree

We are an active family, where can we go to walk, ride and swim? Our lovely lawned gardens lead right to the banks of the Ovens River, intersect the popular Canyon Walk and lead directly to the 94km long sealed Rail Trail

Can I bring my pet? Unfortunately, our property is not securely fenced and therefore unsuitable for your furry friends, however, we may be able to assist with accommodating Guide Dog’s upon request.

What time is Check in/Check out? Check in for all of our units is from 2pm (or earlier by arrangement).
We ask that you Check out by 10am to ensure that we have ample time to prepare the unit for our next guests. -
What if we cannot arrive until late evening? We are very happy to ensure that your unit is comfortable and welcoming for your late arrival and only ask that you let us know in advance that you will be arriving after hours.

Are the owners available if I need something? Samantha and Marco are normally always on site during business hours, if they are absent for any reason they are contactable via the after-hours phone located outside the office for your convenience
